Etiolation i.e plants become thin and tall

Delayed maturity due to stunted growth

Excessive veetative growth especially in tomatoes and vegetables

Weakening of the roots e.g in cotton the fibre weakens hence poor root growth and development

Scorching i.edrying of some leaves

Poor crop production interms of yield due to stunted growth and excessive production of leaves.
